Keenly concerned about the welfare and well being of Indian women, the German missionaries strove hard for their upliftment, following the example/Pattern of their country, the missionaries decided to start a fellowship to nurture the social and spiritual well being of the women. Smt.Noveraz, started Dorcas Fellowship in 1943 and invited all the women of the church/congregation to take active part on a fixed day thus the fellowship started long ago is still vibrant and active with women till date coming together every Monday at 3 PM for worship, Praise, Prayer and the sharing of the word of God. The members of the women’s fellowship go house visiting. Visit the Sick at hospital to pray and encourage the sick and ailing soon after they finish their fellowship meeting.
