With a view not only to uplift women spiritually but to set them on the track forward self reliance, this centre for tailoring was set up in 1943. Smt.Novera took the initiative to start this centre she provided not only all the material for tailoring but also serving machines. From 1943 – 55 Smt.Noveraz 1956 – 65 Smt.Wellan, 1962 – 75 Mrs. Hannah Uber cooked after the centre until they handed over the right to native women leaders. Various table cloth done in different kind of stitches dresses of various pattern prepared by the women trainers were sent to foreign land. This through various field missionaries contributed to the overall development of the church, the congregation and the individual.
